About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to construction and handover, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, ensuring all financial and time targets are met.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate control measures.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Substantial experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically commercial developments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
