About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, from planning and design through to completion and handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the finished product meets all required standards and specifications.
Requirements
- Significant experience in construction project management , managing complex building projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or similar.
- A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
