Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring successful delivery in a fully remote setting.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, set objectives, and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among geographically dispersed team members and stakeholders using advanced digital collaboration tools.
- Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and deliver regular, insightful reports to senior leadership.
- Champion project management best practices and mentor junior project team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on leading remote teams and projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for virtual environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
