About the Role

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of diverse projects, from program development to service expansion. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This hybrid position offers a blend of essential office-based collaboration in Edinburgh and remote working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple charity projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects align with the charity's strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
