About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Project Manager to oversee and deliver a range of exciting digital projects in Reading . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing digital projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This involves acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to navigate complex projects and foster a collaborative team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered digital projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
