About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead key operational improvement projects in Reading . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of operational improvement projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional operational teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure project success and ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on operations or process improvement.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex operational projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a significant advantage.
