About the Role
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Telecoms Project Manager to oversee critical projects within their infrastructure development team in Sunderland . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies within the telecommunications industry. You will play a key role in driving project success and contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of telecoms projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments, to ensure project alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management , specifically within the telecommunications sector.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with network deployment or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
