About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager to join their team in Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple high-priority projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and standards across the organization.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of project managers, fostering their professional development.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and schedule adherence for all assigned projects.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management , including significant leadership and team management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with significant budgets and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong understanding of risk management, change control, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
