You will work closely with IT departments, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with IT infrastructure and software development projects.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with strong written and verbal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work setting .
