About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects. This role is integral to ensuring seamless integration of new SaaS platforms for our diverse client base, operating entirely remotely. You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with technical teams and clients, and ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication effectively.
- Coordinate internal technical teams (developers, QA, support) to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, implementing timely solutions.
- Ensure successful user adoption and client satisfaction post-implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, specifically with SaaS implementations or software deployments.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a fully remote setting.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
