About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Acquire necessary permits and licenses for construction projects.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in construction project management .
- Solid experience in the construction industry, understanding of building processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
