Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of complex manufacturing and engineering projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.

- Implement process improvements and new technology introductions on the production floor.
- Ensure adherence to strict automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and health and safety protocols.
- Report on project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
