About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and driven Senior Project Manager to lead significant initiatives within their dynamic organization located in the heart of London . Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines for multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and critical decisions effectively to senior management and all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- A relevant professional certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
