About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all project phases, coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors.
- Manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance and quality.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in construction project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and project management methodologies .
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or similar.
