About the Role
Our client seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead challenging projects in Coventry . This role involves end-to-end project oversight, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety , and environmental regulations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors , suppliers, and internal project teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to all technical specifications and building codes throughout the construction phase.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, reporting to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Significant experience in construction project management , with a track record of successfully delivering diverse projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
