About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead critical Technology Transformation initiatives from their Bristol base, with full remote flexibility. You will be instrumental in driving strategic technological change across the organisation, managing complex projects that involve system integration, digital process redesign, and cloud migration. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics and technical challenges. You will work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes, delivering significant business value and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale technology transformation projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans for complex IT and business change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective change management, communication, and training plans are in place for seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Track project performance, provide regular reporting to executive leadership, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on technology transformation, digital change, or large-scale IT programmes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various technology domains, including cloud computing, software development, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience managing C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
