About the Role
Our client seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee significant building projects in and around Belfast . This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure projects are completed safely, to the highest quality standards, and within contractual agreements. You will manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design through to execution and handover. The ideal candidate is adept at site management and stakeholder coordination, contributing to the successful delivery of landmark developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure work is performed to specified standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and financial records.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager or Site Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing diverse site teams.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation on construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
