About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee significant building projects in and around Belfast . This role demands a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations, coupled with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from initial planning and budgeting through to site supervision and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role for an experienced professional aiming to lead substantial construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues.
- Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates and reports.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Construction Project Management , preferably with a relevant degree or professional qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
