Responsibilities - Solve complex business problems with data-backed, user-first solutions
- Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as a leadership thought partner
- Influence major decisions by integrating diverse perspectives into strategies
- Develop and implement new project management methodologies and best practices
- Champion regulatory requirements in roadmap design, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Risk
- Govern and monitor multi-hub projects, track milestones, and report to executives
- Anchor Luxembourg operational synergies, aligning governance with group strategy and velocity
Key requirements - 6–7+ years of hands-on experience in a regulated environment (fintech/financial services preferred)
- Regulatory, compliance, legal matter familiarity
- Proven track record of end-to-end, multi-stakeholder project delivery
- Good understanding of fintech landscape, EMI licensing, and European regulation concepts (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR)
- Cross-border leadership across distributed offices and matrixed teams
- Excellent executive-level communication and ability to translate complex topics into clear plans
- Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg with travel to Milan
