Overview In this role you will lead delivery of complex M&E projects, coordinating budgets, schedules, and stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will work within a cross-functional team to oversee design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance and quality. You’ll manage risk, mentor colleagues, and maintain a clear client interface to support high-profile building services initiatives. Responsibilities - Manage project costs, schedules, and budgets throughout the lifecycle
- Lead and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants with transparent communication
- Track milestones and dependencies to prevent schedule slippage
- Conduct client meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement with professionalism
- Oversee MEP design, installation, and commissioning ensuring compliance with specs, regulations, and H&S
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and BIM data
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with contingency plans
- Support and mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement
Key requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Experience in project management focused on MEP or building services projects
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building services, and construction methodologies
- Experience in contract management and vendor/consultant coordination
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-keeping discipline
- Desirable: PRINCE2, APM, or PMP; BIM experience; Health & Safety regulations knowledge
