Overview As a Principal Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end deployments of Celonis technology for our largest customers, driving measurable value. You’ll articulate Celonis’ Services offering in collaboration with Sales and Partners, shaping statements of work during pre-sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will guide complex, multi-project programs, manage scope and timelines, and mentor delivery teams to follow Celonis methodologies. This role sits at the intersection of domain expertise, technology delivery, and executive-facing communication, offering significant impact on customer outcomes and transformation.

Responsibilities - Lead complex transformational customer programs and shape the desired outcome
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines from kick-off to training
- Maintain detailed plans, budgets, risks, and issues across multiple projects
- Collaborate with executives, process owners, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Serve as primary contact for feature requests and escalation of issues
- Provide regular project status updates and maintain accuracy in the PSA system
- Proactively manage and escalate risks to minimize impact on delivery
- Mentor implementation teams and partner resources to follow Celonis methodology
- Contribute to continual improvement of Celonis Services methods and domain expertise
Key requirements - Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations
- Strong PM disciplines: planning, risk/issue/action logs, problem resolution with customers and executives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading onshore and offshore consulting teams
- Experience in positioning services, writing proposals and statements of work
- Experience with ecosystem partners and managed co-delivery
- Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver analytical value
- Willingness to be certified in Celonis products
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field (as stated)
