Overview In this role you will lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure and environmental projects within cross-functional delivery teams. You’ll manage client expectations, risk, quality, schedule and contracts to deliver value for water and environmental programmes. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues while guiding project teams and subcontractors. This is a growth-focused role with mentoring to help you progress toward chartered status, contributing to impactful infrastructure that supports communities.

Responsibilities - Support delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects within collaborative teams
- Manage client-side aspects including H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contracts
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to client satisfaction
- Coordinate and resource project teams and subcontractors across locations
- Develop strong client and cross-functional team relationships
Key requirements - Infrastructure project management experience (water and environment desirable)
- Experience with NEC contracts (PSC, ECC)
- Experience working in integrated, multi-organisation teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive relationship-building with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work with initiative and support Senior PMs/Associates
- Client-site or co-location/secondment experience
- Strong IT skills and ability to use digital tools
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
