Overview In this role you will lead delivery of designated contracts within Oceaneering’s Integrity Management and Digital Solutions. You will manage onshore and offshore integrity activities, liaising with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution. You will monitor progress, budgets, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in integrity processes. This position offers scope to influence risk management and project performance across offshore assets and related services. Responsibilities - Deliver designated contracts and manage day-to-day operational requirements across engineering, onshore integrity management, and offshore inspection
- Coordinate with client and teams to implement contracts effectively and efficiently
- Ensure adequate competent personnel for onshore and offshore scopes and manage their competencies
- Develop and maintain project management plans with clients to schedule activities
- Identify and prioritise work areas and resource demands with teams
- Track progress, review tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in defining KPIs and ensuring data/actions for delivery are provided
- Assist in budgeting, proposals, CTRs, and monthly reports
- Control commercial aspects of contracts within defined scopes and budgets
- Facilitate integrity process improvements across assets and clients
- Manage client communications and assess HSE risk implications for management decisions
- Support HSE audits, monitor changes in standards and legislation influencing projects
- Attend management meetings and visits across contracts
- Oversee integrated activity plans and gate compliance
- Conduct appraisals and development plans for team members
- Generate work orders and scope for contracts including forecasting
- Perform additional duties as required by the business

Key requirements - Considerable experience in Topside Integrity Management/Inspection
- Proven ability to lead project teams
- Experience in financial control and budgeting
- Familiarity with QA/QC systems, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams and foster collaboration
