Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver Subsea Well Access Projects on time and within budget, acting as the main liaison between clients, regional teams and internal stakeholders. You will own financial performance and project outcomes across all phases, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will oversee diverse projects from market-launch builds to externally contracted scopes, driving value and ensuring operational readiness. Responsibilities - Deliver projects on schedule and within budget to defined specifications
- Follow project management guidelines and professionally manage all project work
- Identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities with mitigation and escalation
- Develop and demonstrate project management best practices to raise team capability
- Maintain benchmark performance criteria and pursue continuous improvement
- Coordinate equipment delivery to operational readiness with regional business lines
- Be the primary client contact in project delivery
- Optimize engineering and supply chain activities to drive value
- Provide bid support for regional business development and sales teams
- Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting to stakeholders
Key requirements - Proven project management experience in the oil & gas industry
- Formal project management qualification (or working towards)
- Ability to own allocated subsea projects and lead project teams including sub-contract staff
- Experience managing budgets and scheduling/prioritisation of activities across internal and external resources
