Responsibilities - Coordinate multi-discipline engineering and design interfaces across Costain and project partners
- Manage contractual communications, progress and risk meetings, cost reporting, and action closure
- Deliver safe-by-design, sustainable, digitally enabled engineering solutions that meet budget and programme requirements
- Ensure engineering resources, scope, budget, and programme are clearly defined and effectively utilized
- Maintain compliance with client and Costain governance, standards, and approvals
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior management and challenge scope creep
- Monitor and mitigate project risks; escalate blockers and issues promptly
- Apply engineering delivery processes (design strategy, master deliverable register, WBS, schedule, CSMP) across projects
- Support CE marking and other compliance considerations where relevant
- Demonstrate customer-facing capabilities and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships
Key requirements - Significant experience in coordinating multi-discipline teams across major projects in Energy or similar process industries
- Thorough knowledge of end-to-end project delivery from work winning to handover
- Knowledge of UK technical and regulatory standards and global best practice
- Strong process safety, quality, and environmental leadership focus
- Experience in Project Controls (Schedule, Cost, Risk, Change Management)
- Collaborative, innovative and agile mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Mobility to travel and regular office attendance at Costain sites
