Overview In this role you will lead a multidisciplinary project team to deliver complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will report to the Regional Operations Director and oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost from construction through commissioning. You will build strong client and stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes a growing programme in the water and civil engineering sector.

Responsibilities - Lead a multidisciplinary project team, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
- Own the delivery of a major infrastructure project on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders; provide clear leadership and communication
- Manage commercial performance, risk, and programme delivery; seek efficiency, innovation and sustainability opportunities
- Champion continuous improvement, digital construction tools and modern methods of construction; mentor high-performing teams
Key requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering projects valued at 20m+
- Strong leadership, commercial and financial management skills; able to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management experience
- SMSTS and an appropriate CSCS Card
- HNC in construction-related discipline; CIOB desirable
