Overview As Project Manager in AECOM’s Infrastructure Project Management team, you will deliver a portfolio of infrastructure and environmental projects, including AMP8-related water schemes and Environment Agency programs. Responsibilities - Support delivery of multi-disciplinary, complex projects within collaborative delivery teams
- Manage client-side project aspects including stakeholder engagement, health & safety, risk, quality, schedule and contract management
- Ensure projects meet client expectations for quality, cost, and time
- Support and manage project team resources to meet client and business requirements
- Oversee subcontractors and remote resources to keep projects on track
- Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
Key requirements - Infrastructure project management experience (Water and Environment desirable)
- Experience with NEC suite of contracts, especially PSC and ECC
- Ability to work in integrated, multi-organisation teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High motivation with an expanding industry network
- Relationship-building with clients, teams, and stakeholders; strong networking
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with Senior PMs and Associates
- Team player with proactive attitude and adaptable, diplomatic manner
- Experience in a client organisation or through co-location/secondment
