Overview In this Senior Legal Project Manager role, you will lead complex legal matters from start to finish while helping shape the firm’s Legal Project Management practice. You’ll mentor the LPM team, partner with cross-functional groups, and drive transformation through improved delivery, transparency, and client experience. You will work closely with the Head of LPM and contribute to strategic planning, tooling, and scalable matter management. Responsibilities - Lead complex matters end-to-end with focus on delivery, resources, and cost control
- Provide leadership and development support to Legal Project Managers
- Support strategic planning and growth of the LPM function
- Embed continuous improvement and best practices in matter delivery
- Collaborate with Innovation and Legal Technology to integrate tools
- Contribute to client-facing pitches and communicate LPM value
- Advise lawyers and stakeholders on LPM methodologies and reporting
- Mitigate risks and maintain clear cross-team communication
- Support LPM expansion into new departments
- Develop training to upskill lawyers in structured matter management
Key requirements - Senior experience in legal project management supporting partners, clients and matter teams
