Overview You will help run and evolve BCG's Global ECT function, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic change. In this role, you work closely with regional leaders to ensure governance, reporting, and program delivery across the global-regional model. You lead initiatives that strengthen the employee value proposition and operational rigor, translating complex interests into clear actions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how ECT operates at scale and across cultures. You will drive impact by improving processes, data quality, and stakeholder alignment to support growth and transformation.
Responsibilities - Manage the operating rhythm of the Global ECT team, including governance cadence, regional accountability processes, and leadership reporting
- Support core operational programs (EDP, annual PEOPLE survey, ECT guardrails implementation) with staffing, sponsorship, recruiting and billability practices
- Coordinate with Regional ECT Directors to maintain consistency and smooth daily operations across regions
- Serve as a go-to contact for ECT matters for experts and leaders across functional and cross-functional teams
- Maintain high data quality and process discipline across the function
- Support change management and operational improvement projects from diagnostics to实施
- Contribute to evolution of ECT's employee value proposition and global staffing/PA accountability initiatives
- Prepare analyses and recommendations on operating model refinements for leadership
- Support stakeholder engagement on initiatives, translating diverse interests into actionable outputs
Key requirements - 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, operations, or similar
- Experience balancing steady-state operational ownership with project-based strategic work
- Experience with operating model change and/or AI-enabled transformation a plus
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect strategic intent to operational reality
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
