Overview As Development Project Manager, you will lead property development initiatives from feasibility to handover within a growing portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Property, you oversee on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with strategic objectives. You coordinate cross-functional teams, manage planning approvals, procurement, and governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities - Lead projects through the full development life-cycle from concept to handover
- Plan, govern and programme delivery for multiple developments
- Coordinate feasibility studies, site assessments and due diligence
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams (architects, engineers, planners, consultants)
- Oversee planning applications and statutory approvals
- Procure and manage contractors, consultants and advisers
- Monitor programme performance, quality, risks and change
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and cost plans; produce financial reports
- Present project updates to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, planning bodies, contractors and external partners
- Ensure compliance with planning, environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support portfolio growth, redevelopment opportunities and strategic investments
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering property development projects through the full life-cycle
- Strong planning, programme management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing budgets, cost control and financial reporting
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration
- Strong commercial awareness and risk management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
