You’ll lead cross-functional delivery with ag ile and waterfall approaches, managing risks, interdependencies, and benefits. You work closely with senior leaders to align initiatives with the business strategy and finance teams to validate outcomes. Responsibilities - Deliver end-to-end transformation projects for UK and EMEA initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery
- Drive planning and governance through integrated programme plans and stakeholder updates
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to enable decisions and execution
- Embed financial rigour, track benefits, and support AOP achievement with Finance
- Adapt delivery to regional contexts and continuously improve ways of working
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies in complex environments
Key requirements - Strong project delivery expertise in transformation environments
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across matrixed, multi-country organisations
- Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies and end-to-end delivery
- Advanced planning, governance, and execution capabilities
- Ability to influence senior leaders and mobilise multiple stakeholders
