Overview In this role you lead diverse water sector projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Stantec’s PM framework. You’ll nurture strong client and stakeholder relationships, identify and mitigate risks early, and manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets. You’ll report progress to internal and external audiences and contribute to high-quality, multi-disciplinary outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead planning, execution and delivery of water sector projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks early and address issues proactively
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet financial and operational targets
- Prepare and present updates and documentation to diverse audiences
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards across lifecycle stages
Key requirements - Experience in the Water industry
- Prior project management experience
- Industry-recognised PM qualification (e.g., APM PMQ) or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder relationships
- Track record of proactive risk management and mitigation
