Overview In this Project Manager role, you will drive transformation initiatives across IT, business services and innovation within a Bristol-based employer. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape Agile and Scrum practices and deliver AI, automation and digital transformation programs. The role focuses on delivering value through people, processes and technology, while navigating evolving environments. Responsibilities - Deliver transformation projects across IT, Business Services and Innovation
- Collaborate with BAs, IT Solutions, Change and Test teams
- Support Agile and Scrum delivery, including facilitating ceremonies and workshops
- Advance ideas from concept to wider implementation
- Back AI, automation and emerging technology initiatives
- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies and project delivery
- Improve processes and ways of working across the business
Key requirements - Strong Project Management experience
- Practical Agile / Scrum Master experience
- Experience delivering technology, transformation or innovation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment with some ambiguity
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology
- Azure DevOps experience would be beneficial
- Legal or professional services experience is a bonus, not essential
