Overview As a Performance & Reporting Manager, you drive and embed efficient reporting practices across complex programs. You will lead the design and delivery of performance plans, KPIs and reporting hierarchies to enable faster, evidence-based decisions. You collaborate with project delivery teams and provide guidance to ensure consistent, value-adding performance information for stakeholders. Responsibilities - Lead implementation and continuous improvement of performance reporting and interfacing project controls
- Develop performance and reporting management plans aligned to project requirements and best practice
- Roll out changes to reporting processes and promote their benefits within project teams
- Select, implement, administer, and maintain reporting systems and procedures
- Define KPIs and a performance measures dictionary
- Lead and coach a team of project controls / reporting professionals to deliver high-quality performance information
- Present recovery and improvement recommendations to senior management for decision making
- Provide training and mentorship on performance reporting processes and practices
- Undertake line management activities including career development and performance management
Key requirements - Experience in reporting on infrastructure-related projects (engineering, defence, utilities, energy)
- Experience configuring and setting up project reporting systems
- Project controls related qualification (e.g., PMQ / Project Planning & Controls / EVM / Risk Management)
- Experience using data analysis tools (Power BI / Tableau / QlikView)
- Experience in leading diverse teams
- Desirable – familiarity with Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys)
