Responsibilities - Manage NEC/PSC and/or ECC contracts
- Lead and develop project teams or work streams within larger projects
- Ensure high-quality delivery on client assignments
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Develop and implement solutions and tools; liaise with service line and account teams
- Communicate effectively for efficient, collaborative, and quality delivery
Key requirements - Experience leading small to medium teams in multi-organisation environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
- Capability to deliver packages or small/medium projects in technically complex settings with safety and environmental responsibility
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and ability to translate problems into workable solutions
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining momentum and delivering outcomes
- Understanding of project controls disciplines (planning, risk, change) and reporting
- Experience with managing contractors and consultants on civil engineering projects
- Awareness of lessons learnt and knowledge capture as business as usual
