Overview In this Project Manager role, you will deliver multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects, from optioning to handover, for municipal and industrial clients. You’ll lead diverse teams, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery. You’ll work across UK projects with an international support network and help drive continuous improvement and client value. Responsibilities - Manage project proposals: define requirements, scope, resources, schedule, and budgets
- Own P&L including revenue, margins, cash flow, and cost controls
- Develop project management documentation: plans, schedules, risk registers, stakeholder maps
- Monitor schedule, hours, budgets, forecasts, and expenditure
- Ensure contract administration and change management
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and suppliers
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and maintain records
- Communicate project information to team and client
- Anticipate issues and mitigate conflicts
- Promote continuous improvement and capture lessons learned
Key requirements - Proven experience in delivery of infrastructure projects (water sector experience advantageous)
- Working knowledge or accreditation in NEC Contracts and ability to administer them
- Professional memberships (APM, PMI, MICE) or equivalent
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Competence in stakeholder management, risk, planning/scheduling, and commercial management
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project performance
