Overview In this role you will be the central client contact, translating requirements into action and guiding on-site delivery. You’ll develop detailed plans and quotes, control costs and resources, and manage risk to ensure seamless production. You’ll lead day-to-day on-site operations with safety in mind and nurture client relationships for future opportunities. This role sits within Creative Technology UK, supporting global live events and ensuring high-quality, profitable delivery.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with Account Management, Sales and BD to align proposals with client needs
- Create detailed project plans, schedules and cost estimates
- Identify resources, assign equipment and crew, and negotiate outsourced contracts
- Keep CRM up to date with contacts, clients and opportunities
- Carry out risk assessments and manage risk in liaison with clients
- Ensure project documents are complete and properly stored
- Reconcile and invoice completed work; monitor profitability, revenue and margins within budget
- Provide out-of-hours callout support and assist the office when not on project work
- Lead on-site project delivery and manage all production elements
- Travel to sites or offices in the UK and worldwide as required
- Support ISO accreditation audits
Key requirements - Good technical knowledge of displays, LED, video, audio, and lighting used in live events
- Understanding of rigging and lighting fundamentals (beneficial)
- Understanding of project management processes
