Overview As a PV Project Manager, you will act as the primary contact for project-related matters and ensure client satisfaction by aligning PrimeVigilance services with agreed objectives. You will plan scope, timelines and milestones, and prepare reports that inform clients and management. You’ll balance regulatory expectations with quality execution, driving successful delivery in a global pharmacovigilance setting. Responsibilities - Serve as main contact for project-related matters and client communications
- Manage client expectations to meet or exceed service delivery
- Prepare project scope and objectives based on signed agreements
- Plan project activities including deadlines and interim milestones
- Generate client and management reports, including monthly reports and invoicing basis
Key requirements - Proven PV experience including processing and quality review of ICSRs, contributing to aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOPs
- PV Project Management experience, ideally from a service provider/CRO
- Health Care Professional or Life Science Graduate
- Comfort communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations
