Overview In this role you will lead large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East, delivering design, procurement, construction and commissioning while adhering to Aramco standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage schedules, budgets and contracts to ensure safe, on-time and within-budget delivery. You will work closely with Saudi Aramco, driving compliance with procedures and gate processes, and champion HSE throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities - Lead full EPC project lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) for large energy projects
- Act as primary liaison with Saudi Aramco to ensure alignment with standards and approvals
- Drive execution in line with Aramco delivery systems, gate processes and quality requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and vendors across locations
- Develop and control project schedules (Primavera P6), budgets and resource plans
- Ensure robust contract management including EPC contracts, subcontractor oversight and claims
- Lead procurement strategies, supplier selection and expediting for critical equipment/materials
- Oversee field construction execution in line with engineering deliverables and HSE standards
- Champion HSE performance adhering to Middle Eastern regulatory and Aramco safety requirements
- Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics with mitigation plans
- Deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders (earned value, cost forecasting, schedule performance)
- Support pre-award activities including tendering, bid evaluation and project planning for EPC scopes
Key requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related)
- Extensive EPC project management experience (10–15 years) in oil & gas / energy
- Proven delivery of major EPC projects in the Middle East (KSA experience highly preferred)
- Mandatory: proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects (direct or contractor)
- Strong understanding of Aramco engineering standards, specifications (SAES, SADP) and project procedures
- Experience managing brownfield and/or greenfield developments
- Track record delivering projects valued at $100M
- Strong commercial experience including cost control, contract administration and claims management
