You shape memorable events by sourcing venues, coordinating deliverables, and presenting value-driven proposals in a collaborative, high-impact environment. You’ll work as a frontline contact, balancing client needs with supplier negotiations to minimize risks and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities - Schedule intake calls to understand requirements and optimise briefs
- Identify opportunities to upsell services beyond sourcing and align client buy-in
- Define required deliverables and responsibilities across teams to meet timeframes
- Source suitable venues and locations, negotiating rates and terms within client budgets
- Create and present proposals with consultancy value and recommendations
- Serve as primary client contact and manage communications with suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinate contracting and payment processes, identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain ongoing client feedback to improve experience
- Foster relationships and engage with clients at events and meetings
- Expand knowledge of venues and destinations through proactive engagement
- Juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
