Overview As a Project Manager within Turner & Townsend’s Defence Infrastructure team, you will lead end-to-end project delivery on commissions ranging from 1m to 10m. You’ll work on complex, security-cleared infrastructure projects across the South West and nationally, collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders. You’ll help clients progress toward Net Zero and more sustainable operations, while maintaining time, cost, and quality targets. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic problem-solving in a defence-focused environment.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality targets
- Provide support on major commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery
- Coordinate with clients to align objectives and manage project performance
- Support clients in transitioning to Net Zero and sustainable practices
- Manage projects within NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract frameworks and with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CDM/site health and safety standards as they pertain to NEC contracts
Key requirements - Minimum 5 years’ experience with a focus on NEC contracts
- Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
- Self-motivation and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within NEC contracts
- Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it pertains to NEC contracts
- Degree in infrastructure or construction; chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS preferred
