Overview As Senior Project Manager in our Real Estate team, you lead large-scale construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. You will shape plans, schedules, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives. You’ll manage risks, finances, and change control while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet objectives
- Implement governance, processes, and systems across the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor finances and manage change control processes
- Facilitate clear communication through meetings and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Identify and pursue opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Mentor and guide junior project managers
Key requirements - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects
- PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong client, contractor, and team relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a consultancy environment preferred
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification a plus
