Overview As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects across Angus, Dundee & Perth, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. You will coordinate subcontractors, in-house trades, and labour to meet programme deadlines and client expectations. You will manage materials, labour orders, and produce progress reports while engaging clients and stakeholders. This role supports a main contractor delivering commercial new builds and refurbishments up to £20m, offering a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity.
Responsibilities - Manage daily operation of commercial construction projects across Angus/Dundee & Perth
- Ensure site health & safety adherence
- Direct subcontractors, in-house tradesmen and labour
- Meet programme deadlines and client expectations
- Order materials & labour and create progress reports
- Contribute to client/management/stakeholder meetings
