Overview As an ETS Project Manager in Perth, you’ll lead end-to-end highways and road infrastructure delivery for the Main Roads WA ETS panel, guiding projects from planning through delivery to close-out. You’ll coordinate scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement, while supporting business development and client relationships. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, flexible environment to deliver high-impact WA infrastructure and grow the local market. Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end delivery of highways and road projects within scope, programme and contract requirements
- Lead small to medium multidisciplinary project teams toward delivery, safety and quality outcomes
- Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, contracts, claims and variations
- Ensure governance, contract and project control compliance
- Build strong relationships with Main Roads WA, clients and stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and support future work-wins in WA
Key requirements - Approximately 15+ years of Project Management experience in highways/major transport in Western Australia
- Strong understanding of Main Roads WA standards, frameworks and ETS delivery environments
- Experience managing complex infrastructure projects through planning, design and delivery phases
- Strong commercial, financial and contract management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
