Overview In this role you lead end-to-end project management for defence infrastructure commissions, ensuring delivery on time, cost, and quality. You will support major commissions and help clients transition to Net Zero, working with NEC contracts and a range of stakeholders. You’ll operate in a hybrid model, often on client sites, contributing to high‑impact, technically complex projects. Responsibilities - lead end-to-end project management commissions
- provide support on major commissions and deliver on service aspects
- ensure objectives are met within time, cost and quality targets
- support clients in Net Zero transition and sustainability initiatives
- manage multiple stakeholders within NEC contract framework
Key requirements - minimum 5 years of NEC contract experience
- expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration
- exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- self-motivation and strategic problem-solving abilities
- experience working with multiple stakeholders within NEC contracts
- knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it relates to NEC contracts
- degree in infrastructure or construction-related subject
- chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS preferred
- sole UK National eligible for UK MoD security clearance (SC)
