Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex enterprise software implementations for global clients in regulated industries. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and commercial performance across 5–8 month programmes and two concurrent projects. You’ll partner with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and long-term client relationships. This role combines hands-on programme leadership with strategic stakeholder engagement on high-profile global transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities - Lead multi-stream enterprise software implementations from initiation to delivery
- Own project governance, plans, RAID, change control, forecasting and resource planning
- Manage budgets 200,000–400,000 and ensure commercial performance
- Chair steering committees and manage conversations with senior stakeholders including C-suite
- Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success and Technical teams across multiple workstreams
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across global accounts
- Coordinate planning and governance within a small, focused PM team
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver high‑value transformation programmes
Key requirements - ~10+ years in project management
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementation projects
- Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments
- Experience managing implementation budgets of 200,000–400,000
- Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise/global clients
- Experience chairing steering committees and engaging with senior stakeholders (C-suite)
- Excellent project governance skills (planning, RAID, change control, forecasting, resource planning)
- Experience delivering projects in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Manufacturing)
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ or equivalent qualification
