Overview In this role you will lead the on-site delivery of a technically complex HTM-compliant healthcare fit-out in Essex. You will coordinate multiple specialist consultants, suppliers and interfaces across MRI, CT and X-ray environments, ensuring milestones, quality and compliance are met. You drive issue resolution, commissioning and handover while reporting progress to stakeholders. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape delivery of a high-stakes diagnostic facility and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day on-site delivery and coordination
- Manage programme, quality, risk and key milestones
- Coordinate M&E, architectural and specialist healthcare interfaces
- Direct 3–4 specialist consultants
- Coordinate scanner suppliers for installation and commissioning
- Handle technical queries, RFIs and approvals
- Oversee HTM, radiation, medical gas and other compliance
- Identify and resolve technical or programme issues proactively
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and handover
- Provide clear progress reporting and risk escalation
Key requirements - Experience delivering complex construction or fit-out projects
- Healthcare, hospital or diagnostic imaging experience preferred (MRI/CT/X-ray, medical gases, HTM)
- Ability to manage multiple technical interfaces and challenging consultants/contractors
