Senior Project Manager – Ground-Up Multifamily

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up 270-unit multifamily construction project in St. Petersburg, FL . This role will oversee the project from preconstruction through completion, managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, quality, and project team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project from preconstruction through final completion.
- Manage project schedule, budget, procurement, and overall execution.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and schedule impacts.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office .
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
