Production Designer
Location: Remote

Pay: $60-$62.50/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is seeking a Production Designer to join our well-known lifestyle brand technology client on a roughly 7-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a remote schedule.
Production Designer Qualifications:
- 7-10 years proven experience as a production designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Production Designer Description:
- Support the Design System Team in upleveling the quality and craft of assets, components, and libraries
- Prep and manage production-ready assets for multiple platforms
- Perform detailed component quality work in Figma
- Maintain documentation and style guides for Design Team reference
- Help streamline design processes and maintain the quality of deliverables—with an outsized impact on expanding the Design System
- Perform detailed quality review and optimization of Figma components and libraries
- Manage and maintain asset libraries utilized by all Product Design Teams
- Assist in the production of high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and presentations
- Expand design system token structure to new components and themes
- Write and maintain style guides, detailed documentation, and quality standards
