Your Role
As an IT Finance Project Manager, you will lead complex technical projects within the Core Systems Finance area, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise systems. Reporting to the Program Manager within the PMO and partnering closely with engineers, you will play a critical role in driving project success from initiation to completion.
You will manage and implement infrastructure projects that support business partners across Stores, Corporate Offices, Distribution Centers, and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute finance-related projects, focusing on implementing and optimizing systems such as SAP, Anaplan, and Coupa.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and business stakeholders) to define scope, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Conduct financial analysis, process improvements, risk management, and maintain clear project documentation.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and drive continuous improvement across project lifecycles.
- Communicate complex information clearly and manage change effectively during system implementations.
We’re Excited About You If You Have
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience, with a focus on technical project delivery and implementations.
- Knowledge of project/demand planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Innotas, Planview).
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
- Solid business analytical skills and experience leading diverse teams.
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams—business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release, and engineering teams.
- Experience managing teams using agile methodologies and metric-driven approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
